All FREE UK domestic orders are shipped with the First Class Signed For (with tracking number) service and normally take 1-3 working days to be delivered.

Your order is shipped as tracked and a tracking number will be provided. If you haven’t received your order in 7 days (international orders 21 days) please get in touch with us and we will investigate this case.

International Orders are shipped with tracked delivery and normally takes up to maximum of 5-14 days to be delivered, but it may be longer depending on postal service provider.  If the order is seized by customs, we will require a copy of an Official Letter from Customs before we reship the order. Please note, we will reship seized order only once (this does not apply to HGH products)

We do not reship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Saudi Arabia.  All orders to these destinations are shipped with slow mail (not signed for, no tracking, but proof of posting will be provided) as this shipping option will be more likely successful.

We try our utmost to dispatch your order the same day.  We do not post on Sundays.


You can pay for your order by Direct Bank Transfer.

On completion of your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your purchase and information regarding your chosen payment method.  If you haven’t received the confirmation email within 30 minutes, please contact us at: [email protected]

Example:  Name Surname.It can take up to 24 hours for your funds to clear in our account.
International transactions can take up to 2-5 days. Your order will not be shipped until funds clear at our account.
Please get in touch with us for separate International Transfer Details.All necessary wire information is included with your order confirmation, which is sent to you immediately after placing your order.  Please check your order confirmation email carefully for the instructions.

Please make sure you use the same name for your order and the payment. If you are using an account with a different name to an order placed, please do send us a screen shot of the transfer to our email. This way you will avoid the delay in dispatching your order.

If in an unlikely event the package is not delivered to the customer’s chosen address and has been signed for, as shown on the tracker, the customer then should raise the dispute with the courier.  This is because, if we try to assist, as we have done in the past, the courier will simply refer us to the tracker and point out it was signed for, So the customer will have to take up the dispute with the courier and request a “denial of service” receipt, which shows that the courier acknowledges and accepts that it is their fault and the parcel was either lost or stolen. Once you get this, forward it to us and we will be able to reship your order again.
